Camiolog, Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks for personal information transferred to the United States from users in the EU and Switzerland. If we can’t resolve your concern, you may submit a complaint to your local data protection authority. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to invoke binding arbitration to resolve your concern. As our Privacy Policy points out, we may sometimes share your personal information with third parties for processing on our behalf. We are responsible for this third-party processing if it violates the Privacy Shield principles, unless we can show that we were not responsible for the violation.
